Extremely disappointed In December I became interested in a used corvette advertised for sale. The car was listed as dark grey metallic which is what I was after. After several back and forth conversations between whoever I spoke to initially, it was determined that the car was actually black. I then asked for some additional photos of the car and that’s where the communication ended. It Simply stopped right there. My son called next and finally found out that the car was just sent to an auto auction and that if it did not sell there it would return to this dealership and be back up for sale. We lost interest in this vehicle as it was apparently not still for sale. Only later did we see that it had been put back up for sale. It had dropped in price and Hare was obviously very motivated to sell it. I Called yesterday at 3:00 and spoke to Jesse Parker Me being out of state and a 5 hour drive away, cannot just run over there and see it. So, I asked Jesse for a couple of simple things. 1- Can you please tell me if the car has any odors inside or any visible blemishes or scratches. 2- I also asked for a photo of the odometer. 3- I asked for the bottom like. What is your price “out the door”. I’m interested in coming up to get it. He said he would run right out and look, and call me right back. Hours went by and he never called back. Even though the dealership didn’t close till 8:00, I still didn’t receive a call. I waited till the next day and called around noon and left a message. Still heard nothing back. I called yet again at 4:00 and asked for someone else to help me. Low and behold Jesse called me back 5 minutes later to let me know that someone else was in there right now as we speak buying the car. Completely rude and inconsiderate not to have received a call. Nothing. I’m disgusted! This place really doesn’t know what they’re doing. Even when it was pointed out early on that the color listed on the car was incorrect, they never corrected it. I watched the price drop and drop and when I finally called back I was ignored. Extremely unprofessional. Glad I didn’t waste the time driving there! I’m embarrassed for them! Could not sell me the car even though I pursued it for over a month! What a joke! More
