I had a couple of employees that had went to Hare Chevrolet and they "highly" recommended that if I was looking for a newer vehicle that I come to Hare because you just can't beat the service; I was Chevrolet and they "highly" recommended that if I was looking for a newer vehicle that I come to Hare because you just can't beat the service; I was skeptical because my credit is "less" than perfect. My mother in law was in desperate need of a vehicle and she was in the same place credit wise as myself and I told her about the people that had recommended Hare and I took her up there and she drove away with a really nice car and awesome payments and that was my deciding factor. A week or so later; I made the decision that I had to have a newer vehicle and began speaking with Travis through email and text and before I knew it; I to was driving away in a really nice; newer car. Travis was exceptional and really went out of his way for both myself and my mother in law. The care and service that I was given during my purchase made my husband and I decide to come back next year to trade in our 2010 truck for something newer and what we really want. Thank you so much for the great service and finding a way to get me in a newer car with acceptable payment terms. I recommend Hare to everyone I know that is looking for a newer vehicle. More

My visit was in response to a radio ad that claimed up to four thousand above value for your trade in. He encouraged me to drive one as a test, which I did. I drove the Equinox. Well of course, that is what I wanted. Initially, I did not want white with black interior, however, that is what I purchased. Alan searched for another color, but the inventory was not there, but he did find one with more options available. I was very skeptical of purchasing a new car, as I just came from a financial problem. I returned on the weekend and with in a few hours I was driving home in a new vehicle. Thank you to Alan Greene, a very professional salesman and that of Mr. Higgins in finance. I hope that the service in the future will truly live up to the promises made. One of the best new car sales experiences I have had! I am in my 60's and have purchased many cars and dread it every time. Rich made this easy, no pressure and answered my questions honestly. Before we even walked onto the Hare Chevrolet lot to look @ their used car inventory, we received a phone call from the company about some of the cars we were interested in stating that they would have the c @ their used car inventory, we received a phone call from the company about some of the cars we were interested in stating that they would have the cars cleaned up and ready for us to view. This phone called showed their true customer service colors right from the beginning. The moment we arrived at Hare we were greated with bright eyes and friendly smiles. Everyone was extremely helpful in making sure we were able to view all of the cars we wanted and then some more. We really appreciated not having the sales person in the cars while we were doing our test drives. It was nice to have the privacy of being able to discuss how we felt about the car without having someone in our faces trying to convince us to purchase "this car" or constantly asking us "what do you think"? Once we finally chose the car we wanted, we did have a tiny stressful situation in the sales room with the numbers game, but it didn't take long for someone to show compassion and determination. In the end, the Hare Chevrolet team worked together to get within our price range. You could tell that the members of this team were not in this field for themselves. They truly wanted to make sure we were able to drive away with the car of our dreams, at the most reasonable price and with nothing but smiles on our faces and the satisfaction of knowing that we chose the best dealer in town. We can honestly say that Hare Chevrolet's slogan "A dealer for the people" lives up to everything it stands for. We are more than grateful for all of the hard work, efficient work and friendly work we were given during our time at Hare. We will definitely be back for our future car purchases. I came to Hare Chevy to find out more information on their buy/pay here programs after be turned down at 2 dealerships for a used car. I made him aware of my situation and he suggested that the Tracker program might be a right fit for me. A little more than sceptical I filled out the application. David came back and said, how would I feel about a conventional bank loan? I was overwhelmed and very pleased. Hare was able to get me into a 2012 car that I actually wanted and wasn't colored like an Easter egg! The entire process took longer than I had hoped but the end results were way worth it. My Salesman, Darrell Lee and his assistant, Melissa, were awesome! I wasn't really sure if I wanted to upgrade my vehicle yet but ended up walking out with a new one with more than what I asked for with les awesome!
