Service I have always had Hare Chevrolet service my car. I have never had a problem and their prices are reasonable. Service call from xxxx Had 7;30 appointment for normal Silverado maintenance.. Did not get out of the place until 11:00. After wanting 2 hours I went out to service desk to Had 7;30 appointment for normal Silverado maintenance.. Did not get out of the place until 11:00. After wanting 2 hours I went out to service desk to see what was taking so long. Matt the guy who signed me in said the were just finishing up with oil change, tire repair and a recall. waited another 45 minutes and went back out. He sent me to see Jason as that was the original advisor assigned. Jason said there was a major miscommunication as Matt told Jason I dropped of the truck.( NOT True) Jason finally came back saying car was ready and left cashier a bill for 131. I had a 2 year maintenance agreement which I told Matt when I came in. The first charge for wiper blades showed a cost of $ 84. so I told the cashier that was covered under maintenance agree so see went back to Jason and came be and said I only owed $ 21. for the tire repair so she went back out to Jason and said I owed nothing and they would email me a copy of the invoice. They did not.. Cashier said advisor was new. More
