I had to constantly check and reach out first with the service advisor to get any update on my car. She at first told me it would be a few weeks and it ended up being there for over a month. She never ask service advisor to get any update on my car. She at first told me it would be a few weeks and it ended up being there for over a month. She never asked the technician specifics on things before answering my questions. When I asked if my car had started to be worked on 2 weeks after the part had been ordered she said the part was on back order. She failed to ask the technician how long it was going to take to get the part and start working on the car so I was left in the dark. I had just bought this car a few months prior to this issue so to say the least my entire experience was frustrating. Luckily I bought the warranty otherwise I would have been paying upwards of 6,000$. More
The friendly customer service was lacking when I dropped off my vehicle and even when I called for updates. That's when I was told the mechanic doesn't even come in until after 3pm to perform the work, but I was instructed to make sure I dropped it off by 07:30-8AM that morning.
