My wife and I shopped at several dealerships looking for a vehicle with better gas mileage. We had a few very discouraging experiences at other dealerships, in terms of customer service and fairness with o a vehicle with better gas mileage. Robert let us drag him around the lot (with a storm looming, no less) for a LONG time. After letting us test drive several cars, and letting us change our mind more than once, we finally settled on the Chevy Equinox. Robert was honest with his advice and opinions and we appreciated that. Paul came out on the lot to speak to us, and even though he wasn't the "point" man on the sale, he continued to help us, in conjunction with Robert, and offer advice. Because our financing situation was not ideal, they worked very hard to get us the price, payment and trade we needed and an even better interest rate than we expected. Finishing up paperwork with Jason was a breeze....far less painful than other car buying experiences. We even got a "Hello" from Mr. Hardy himself!
