We came in on Friday, July 5th in hopes of trading our Volkswagen beetle in for a new car. We didn't have a problem with our Beetle, we are just expecting our first child and recently adopted a 2 yr. old Volkswagen beetle in for a new car. We didn't have a problem with our Beetle, we are just expecting our first child and recently adopted a 2 yr. old Boxer, so we really needed a vehicle with more room to accomodate our groing family. We were really hoping to be able to keep, around, the same kind of payment that we had with the vw, and hopefully put zero down. When I first arrived at Hardy's, I drove around the lot to look at all of the vehicles and to check out, specifically the Chevrolet Equinox. Dante met me out in the parking lot, introduced himself, and invited me in. I was super pleased with the kindness and friendliness that he, and the whole Hardy's staff showed to me! My husband and I ended up being able to trade in our beetle and drive off in a new Chevy Equinox! :) We were super happy that Dante and his team were able to work with us! Our payment ended up being a little higher than what we initially wanted, BUT that was alright, because with a less expensive insurance bill, it all pretty much worked out to where I am paying about the same amount (payment and insurance) as i did with our Volkswagen! I would HIGHLY, and already have, recommend anyone in the market of buying/trading in a car to go to Hardy's Chevrolet! I know, if we ever decide to purchase a new car, we will definitely be coming back! We have found our favorite dealership at Hardy's! The whole staff was SUPER nice, and by working with Dante and later Jason, we truly felt comfortable and enjoyed our experience at Hardy's! Thank you for an overall, wonderful experience!! It's nice to know that there are still real, nice, people out there selling cars, as opposed to the "pushy-salesman" type that I always feared when going to a dealership! We had some credit issues due to lost of two jobs...and we felt we could only get the high mileage used vehicles, and still would pay the same as we would for a new car. Well Dante Jones assured us he could get us into a new car! And low and behold he did...We are ecstatic over our new 2013 Chevy Cruze....this car has all the bells and whistles and won't break the bank, the finance company gave us a great rate, instead of milking us to death with a high interest rate....we are very grateful to Hardy Chevy for working with us, to get us something we desperately needed! I've never gone to a dealership and got out in less than 6 hours.....We were out in just under 3 hrs....would have been sooner but Dante had so many people coming to him for new cars we were impressed! That showed us he was up to the task, and very good at what he does! He had customers who came in and hugged him and thanked him for all his help. That's what dealerships need....these kinds of salespeople who actually care for their customers needs and not try to sell them something over what they REALLY can afford.....especially if your credit is getting back on its feet.....the finance company will work with you and get a new car....pay on it steadily and come back and get even more bang for your buck. We can honestly say this company and DANTE JONES was a joy to work with! No matter how far you live....this place is worth the drive to get honesty, and sincerity!
