Do not under any circumstances consider buying a car from this dealership. I bought a certified preowned Santa Fe from this dealership. The sale required virtually no effort on the part of the dealership--I knew exactly what I wanted and there was very little negotiation. Probably one of the easiest sales they have ever had. Within a couple days after purchasing the car, I noticed an issue with the USB port in the car. It is something that they should have disclosed to me prior to buying the vehicle, but I did not think it was a big deal when I discovered it--I assumed that the dealership would make it right. I was wrong. For the last 10 days, I have been calling, texting, etc. to get someone to give me an answer as to how to get this issue fixed. The two salespeople--Prince Hayes and Miguel (not sure his last name)--have promised to get back to me, but never get back to me. Or they just ignore me altogether. I then spoke to the sales manager--Dean Dixon--who has repeatedly promised to get back to me. He never does, and now he is dodging my calls. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years, some good and some not so good. But this one is the absolute worst. Stay far far away. More
