James took the time to show me all the features of the Elantra Limited. He was helpful even though it was near closing time when I needed to move my belongings from my old car to the new one. Ken Bundy helped my dad and I buy my first new car. From the minute we started talking to him, he was incredibly helpful and not too pushy. My father and I had been to about four other dealerships including Ford and Toyota. They made us feel very uncomfortable and pressured us the entire time we were to there. At Harbor Hyundai, Ken not once made us feel that way. Even though we did not make the purchase the first night we were there, I knew it was a done deal. I came back two days later and we discussed colors and different packages for my new Hyundai Accent. He let us walk around and look at all the different colors. Ken and his manager (I cannot remember his name) searched for my perfect car. They accomodated all my needs and sold me dream car at an amazing price. Did I mention they offered my father and I complimentary drinks and snacks while we filled out the paperwork?? Awesome!! I would recommend anyone to go back and talk to Ken! Also, Jim, in financing, took great care of us and explained everything in great detail so I could understand. Overall, the guys at Harbor Hyundai got it. I bought from your dealership primarily due to the salesman, Mike Caselegno (sorry- I'm sure I'm spelling his name wrong!) I had been talking with Keyes Hyundai, Lax Hyundai, Carlsbad, and many other salesman, Mike Caselegno (sorry- I'm sure I'm spelling his name wrong!) I had been talking with Keyes Hyundai, Lax Hyundai, Carlsbad, and many other dealers. Mike was the most "straight shooter" of them all. I felt that he gave me the best info without any pressure or BS. He checked inventory for me on my preferred choices of a red car with a standard transmission. When that was not available soon, I still didn't feel any pressure to buy what was on the lot. Honestly, the reason I bought the Hyundai Elantra that day - was because of Mike and his good info with no pressure!!! Although I do miss driving a car with a stick shift -- I do love my Elantra!
