I would like to highly recommend Mike Casalegno and the Harbor Hyundai Dealership. I started my search for a Hyundai Elantra about 10 days ago. I wanted a lease and I began my research through the internet. I dealt with four different dealerships and Harbor Hyundai in the person of Mike Casalegno was by far the most accomodating in terms of customer service, personal follow-up (not too much and not too little), and a willingness to work within my budget. Mike answered every one of my questions (and there were many) with patience and understanding. It was obvious he was very knowledgable and not the lesast "pushy." I have never had an easier time leasing a car - it was a great experience and I will definitely go back when I need my next car. More
Buying my 2012 Elantra at Harbor Hyundai was the best experience we ever had. There was no high pressure tactics. The sales people were very good listeners and as a result we had a no areas of miscommu experience we ever had. There was no high pressure tactics. In particular, since I'm an engineer, I wanted to know all the nitty gritty details about the Elantra and the sales people had excellent knowledge on the car. In summary, the BEST experience in buying a car ever. I have purchased 9 cars in my 68 years on this earth. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Harbor and recommend the dealership to my friends. More
Mr. Kraft went out of his way to satisfy me. I wasn't happy with the first car I test drove, so he gladly allowed me to drive another, which I bought. My service has been great. When ever I get my car serviced at Harbor Automotive Hyundai there is Rick or Scott to greet me as I get out of the car. James Kraft of Harbor Hyundai, was not only friendly, helpful, and as honest as they come, but he was not pushy, or the stereo-typical “car salesman” whatsoever. I went to Harbor on a Monday, and left wanting to think about what I was purchasing. James didn't pressure me, or try in any way to push me in one direction or another. He allowed me to take my time and feel comfortable with my purchase. When I returned on Tuesday, James was there to further assist me in my decision, and eventually my purchase. Also, the finance department was extremely helpful. I went in with a budget, and they did everything they could to help me stay within that budget. I am beyond pleased with my new Sonata, and even more pleased with the professionalism and kindness Harbor Hyundai showed me. I will definitely return for my next purchase. I used AAA to look for the 2012 Elantra. Out of the 3 dealers that called, Frank Leon was the most courteous and the most informed.
