I ended up at Harbor Hyundai while looking for a new car after my Honda Civic was totaled in an accident. Needless to say, I was a bit stressed about the situation. I was sent to Harbor Hyundai by AAA as an internet sale, I was contacted very quickly by Bill Ortiz, he was very helpful. Mike Casalegno was just terrific. He was friendly and so helpful with all the details. He handles people well, even nervous ninnies like me who haven't bought a new car for 11 years. I always felt super around him. He seems to sense what the person wants and is willing to explore their wishes. He was always supportive. The finance mgr was someone I'd known at Saturn. He was great too. He helped us understand all the "ins and outs" of the finances. I also appreciated talking with the owner, which happened by chance. I used to own a business and I remember someone sharing with me that "even in a grocery store you can tell what kind of manager or owner runs the business". "Birds of a feather flock together". So, I was not surprised to realize that the owner reflects the same kind of caring personality. I sensed "young energy" in the business, excitement, rather than "business as usual". I found the car I wanted online and James answered my phone call. I went to the dealership an hour later and he had the car pulled and ready to view. I took a long time to make my decision and he patiently explained all the options the car had and the pros and cons of the model I wanted (a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid). I took a very long time to compare buying vs leasing and James was very patient with me, explaining the differences and even bringing over the manager on occasion to help with questions. James is very knowledgeable on Hyundais and answered all my questions. I leased my car and drove it home that eve. After the purchase, James took me out to the car and helped me program the XM stations and sync the bluetooth with my phone and made sure I understood every feature of the car. I highly recommend James at Harbor Hyundai. More

I had initial contact with Mike via email, and he was very helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for. He did not originally have the color I wanted, but he was able to get the vehicle transported very helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for. When I went to the dealership, Mike was dealing with another customer, so I Josh helped me out. He showed me the car, walked me through the required steps, and was very pleasant to deal with. After Josh got me set up, I worked with Rick to get my auto loan approved and was able to drive off in my new vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and I really enjoy my new vehicle. More
