I had been searching for an elantra or sonata with white exterior and black leather interior. I had contacted several other delaers, and despite promises of finding me the car, all the other delaers said it exterior and black leather interior. We had been searching for a 2012 Hyundai Tucson in Cotton White with black interior, and the night before going to visit dealerships, I had called around asking which dealerships had our desired car in stock White with black interior, and the night before going to visit dealerships, I had called around asking which dealerships had our desired car in stock. The handful of dealerships I contacted did not have our car in stock (it is supposedly a color combination that is hard to keep in stock), but all dealerships said they could obtain a vehicle for us. So, our decision on where to purchase our vehicle was no longer based on who could obtain our car...it became about which dealership could earn our business. I looked at Yelp reviews for local Hyundai dealerships, and I was blown away by Harbor Hyundai's reviews--they FAR surpassed any any other local Hyundai dealerships. So, we decided to start our search at Harbor Hyundai the following morning. We arrived shortly after opening, and worked with James Kraft. My husband and I knew exactly which car we wanted, and how much we were willing to pay, and we weren't willing to play the haggling game I had had to play with previous car purchases. James picked up on our needs, and the entire process was straightforward and easy. He was even able to get us better financing than what we had been offered by our credit union! Not once did we feel pressured or unsure of our decision or our pricing. James explained everything as we went along. Who knew buying a car could be this easy! I'm not sure when we will need to purchase another vehicle, but when we do, we will most definitely purchase a Hyundai, and it will be from Harbor Hyundai. More

I started my inquiry online and had a response within hours. I informed dealer what I was looking for and again had a response quickly followed by a phone call. I started the loan process and got pre-approved, scheduled a test drive. I loved the Tucson. The following week I emailed to let them know I would make the purchase that weekend. I requested the GLS Graphite Grey, it was not available that morning. However by Sat. morning I received a phone call informing me that it was available. I was there that day and finalized my purchase. I was very happy with the entire experience and staff everybody was helpful. I previously had been to several dealers and I have to say that the experience was not good. Which surprised me. I would recommend Harbor Hyundai to everyone. More
