I was searching for specific vehicle: a new 2013 Hyundai Accent SE with an automatic transmission and sun roof. While many dealerships returned my emails and inquiries, most lacked professionalism concerning customer service. I finally contacted Mike at Harbor Hyundai because I had seen good reviews of him on yelp. Keep in mind that this was over the 2012 Holiday season. However, he still managed to return my email with an exact description of the vehicle I was looking for, complete with the out the door pricing. It was the best deal by far. Plus, I preferred black exterior color and the car that he offered was black on black with a sunroof. I advised him of my availability and set up an appointment with Doug. Doug met us, showed us the car, and allowed us to test drive it. We then walked inside, closed the deal, and we were on our way. We had already worked out the price, so there was no negotiating. Doug was great; he even waxed and filled the tank of the car. I would recommend Harbor Hyundai to anyone that wants not only an amazing deal, but also outstanding customer service and a trust worthy, upfront sales crew. More

2013 January 4th, nice to start a new beginning of the year. As early as 08:00 AM I drop my husband to work and on my way going home I decided to pass by at Cherry Ave., Long Beach to see if there is Hyun year. Park my car and I thought they were still close because usually car dealers will have a lot of sales rep that will come to you; but no, I saw only one outside talking to another person maybe it was cold and too early in the morning. So, I went inside and they are open and pretend I was going to buy a car; no, I was just going to inquire HYUNDAI SONATA. You don't need my story why I went there but what the experience I got from Hyundai. Okay, I went inside and I saw this tall man standing fixing his pants on his waistline and greeted me and asked how he can help me. His name is ERIC HAMMERNESS you won’t miss him. I told him I want to see a Hyundai sonata. So we went outside and he showed me the used car first and I decided to see the new car. He wants me to go inside the car and seat down and feel how good the inside. I hesitate to go inside and seated because I’m not the kind of a person that will take advantage the time of the sales person to show me everything and then it will be a failure and you won’t get what you want. I saw it was roomy and how the front (interior) looks like is good enough for me to appreciate and be convince to buy the car (if I decide to buy). I’m just an easy person to please and I make it sure that my mind is fixed to a certain thing I want before I close any deals. The people (especially ERIC) in HYUNDAI car dealer was very friendly, so professional way in dealing with customer and will help you to the end of your deal. He will orient you to the car what best for you to know. He is the person that will not fool you because he wants his commission. ERIC is the person you could trust to deal at Harbor HYUNDAI in Long Beach. He will not force you or convince you hard so he can get his share but as I can say he is a very good hard working employee who will make the company be very proud to all customers who will visit they how very best customer service relation he showed to the people. I was looking for a specific model that was pretty rare, they didn't have one in stock, and hard to come by trading with other dealers, I should say nearly impossible to come by because all the dealers we f they didn't have one in stock, and hard to come by trading with other dealers, I should say nearly impossible to come by because all the dealers we found that had one wouldn't let them go. Also, I was offered a special Military rate through USAA which made the deal even more difficult. Harbor Hyundai honored every aspect of the deal! They searched nearly 3 weeks and worked to get me just what I wanted and had it delivered right when I wanted it by at the price I was guaranteed. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way even when it seemed there was no possible way to get that car and I held out. They made it happen. I was recommended them by a family member and now I will do the same for anyone interested in buying a car. More
