This was my first experience at a car dealership and I'm glad it was at Harbor Hyundai. I was treated very well and didn't feel pressured into doing anything I didn't want to. I was quoted by my insurance company for full coverage on my new car and their price was way too expensive. I called before showing up to make sure the dealership had the specific car I was looking was interested in purchasing. Leonard had the car pulled up front and ready to show before we even arrived. Our process did extend past normal business hours but no employee complained or pressured us to speed up. After all the paper work was completed, Leonard stayed late and showed us how to use all the features in the car. More
