The employees work as a team. Ruben took the time to show us the vehicle that Mike mentioned in the email and additional vehicles that may be of interest to us. During this time, Ruben was extremely helpful in showing this dinosaur how the gadgets works in the car. He was very patience with answering our questions. The service I received was very good except the washing and cleaning of my car. The vacuuming was poor at best. I'm not really sure they actually cleaned the inside. The process of buying a new car at this dealership was pleasant overall. In particular Ruben Ruiz was amazing to work with. He was attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. The man who reviewed the contract with us was slightly unpleasant and seemed to have no concern about making us wait for no apparent reason. Ruben's manager was highly unpleasant. When we were nearly finished he suggested we still needed 75 minutes to complete the purchase process. Based on this estimate we made a trip home and drove back later to finish the contract. When we returned we were able to wrap up in 10 to 15 minutes which means we drove for about 45 minutes for nothing. More
