I have had to work with Jake on a few occasions and although very nice, he never seems to have it together. He promised that my STANDARD services would only take about 3 hours when I dropped it off at although very nice, he never seems to have it together. He promised that my STANDARD services would only take about 3 hours when I dropped it off at 8:30 am. I had to call at almost 2pm to see if it was ready, which it was not. At that point he recommended 2 additional (and more expensive) services that should be performed. Even if I wanted to, there was no way I could do them because I had other obligations. This happened the last time I serviced my car there as well and he was the service person. He also has a lot of difficulties with pricing. I had to almost negotiate pricing on the services I had done because he was having problems with applying either the AAA discount or price matching a competitor. I just wanted to know which way was cheaper. In the end, the invoice was more than what he told me, only by $10, but at that point I did not want to deal with it anymore and just paid it. I need to have more work done, but I am looking hard at taking it to another place. More

James was very helpful and purchasing my car was a very pleasant experience. I drive allot of miles and I am in this service center probably about once a month. Everyone is always very polite and professional. My most recent visit I was assisted by Mr. Scott Jones. Mr. Jones did the best he could to accomodate my repair in a timely manner in a very hectic service work schedule. My call in to service was last minute and the department had no availability, however I needed an extensive repair and Mr. Jones made the arrangements to ensure it happened for me. He kept me from having to go to Cerritos. He had my repair done,and got my car back just before the new year. That was awesome! Thanks again. More
