Harbor Hyundai is worth the hour (in traffic) commute I make just to have my Genesis Coupe serviced there. They are always personable, honest, quick to save me money when possible, and get me in and out quickly...including having my car washed! What more could I ask for? More

Ray, immediately came over to me and from then on, Saturday, I walked into the Long Beach dealership to check out what deal I could get on a new car. I ended up purchasing a new Sonata with all the features I needed, and some I didn't, but hey, they were included without extra cost, so why not. I love the coupons that come in my email so I can save money. I have often stayed away from dealers because they are often expensive and take forever but not this facility. Everything is just great. Jake is very professional and kind and always has a smile. I like the tokens so I can get a free water or snack. The experience is perfect except for when I pay. I am sad to say but the two ladies who take my money are tired, bored and don't seem to care about me or anything. I don't get a smile or the same professionalism that Jake provides. I am sorry to tell you this but that 's how I feel after paying my bill. Jake couldn't be more perfect. Please train these ladies to be gracious, kind, friendly and not to act like I don't matter. I hope to see a difference the next time I bring my car in for service. Please let Jake know he is doing a fantastic job! More
