A job well done! I had the unpleasant experience of having a road hazard flatten one of my tires. After having the spare installed I called Harbor Hyundai to determine they had the right size tire in stock I headed for the dealership. where I was met by Scott Jones who, despite the fact that I obviously did not have an appointment, slid me right in and in less than an hour I was on my way. I can't thank Scott and the guys in the service department enough for their efforts. Also at the time of my purchase I opted for the optional road hazard package which completely covered all costs, and it really paid off, not a dime out of my pocket. And the service rep could have tried to talk me into paying for a tire rotation and alignment, but instead he pointed out that I was going to have to replace those tires soon, and it's better to deal with those issues AFTER I put new tires on the car.
