My experience with harbor Hyundai I called in late yesterday afternoon and talked to Jessica Renteria. I didn't have an appointment and I was in a difficult situation being I didn't ha I called in late yesterday afternoon and talked to Jessica Renteria. I didn't have an appointment and I was in a difficult situation being I didn't have but tomorrow to have the car serviced because I needed a ride back to a meeting. Jessica got with the service department and they told me to bring the car in the morning and they take care of it for me. Scott Jones in the service department took care of the paperwork in a matter of a few minutes and had be on my way. He then called me when it was finished and the experience was fantastic. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that everything was to my expectations The service was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership for their excellence in service and their utmost desire to please you. They also give you the best deal on a lease that I couldn't find with other dealerships. Painless, joyful car buying experience. Although, I was pretty certain I would buy a Hyundai based on styling, "bang for your buck", warranties and customer satisfaction, I still did extensi Although, I was pretty certain I would buy a Hyundai based on styling, "bang for your buck", warranties and customer satisfaction, I still did extensive 'homework' in comparing both multiple car brands and dealerships. After whittling many of the brands down to Hyundai it was then about 3 - 4 weeks of searching through multiple dealer's cert. pre-owned inventory as well as customer reviews. I was pleased and slightly suspicious at the myriad glowing reviews Harbor received, yet they all felt genuine so I pursued. I live on the west side of L.A. and I checked every single Hyundai dealer from Oxnard to Laguna Niguel and from Inglewood to Victorville. None were as highly praised as the folks at Harbor, deservedly so it turned out, and none could compare price wise with the models I was looking at. After not acting fast enough and missing the chance to get one car I wanted, another soon became available and I quickly went down there for a test drive. Les helped me out that day. I told Les that while I was very interested in the vehicles, I absolutely would not be driving home in a new car that day. To Les' credit he never once pressured me, which made me feel both respected and heard. That alone meant a lot to me and pretty much guaranteed them my business. We test drove a couple of models I was interested in and Les answered my endless questions without ever wearing down. I went home that evening and looked one more time at other Hyundai dealers that I felt were competitive with regard to current stock, mileage and pricing, then closed my laptop convinced I didn't need to do anymore searching. I then called back to put a hold on one of the Elantras I drove that day and went back two days later to do the paperwork. Les was off that day and I was helped by Ruben. Ruben has a fantastic personality, salt of the earth type and a true gentleman. I had amassed more questions (buying a car is a big deal!, lotsa moolah! and, I'm really careful) and Ruben answered everyone of them unphased, thoughtfully and with a smile, it's true. He never offered me extras I wasn't interested in more than once. So as with Les, no pressure and so incredibly appreciated. We went on multiple test drives in two models per my request, tried every feature, got out on the highway.... Ruben was great, personable, acommadating and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything in the car and synced my phone to the bluetooth. The paperwork itself I think took maybe just an hour to an hour and a half and I was very happy with that as well. They also gave me a very fair deal on my well used trade in which came close to the KBB for dealer trade in value. I LOVE my 2014 very lightly used Elantra. So, to summarize this ridiculously long review, Harbor's pricing, stock, and personnel are unmatched as far as I can tell, I highly recommend purchasing your car from Harbor Hyundai. More

Reason to Celebrate I had a wonderful experience at Harbor Hyundai! I left the lot with EXACTLY what I was looking for and they stayed open late to finish up my paperwork I had a wonderful experience at Harbor Hyundai! I left the lot with EXACTLY what I was looking for and they stayed open late to finish up my paperwork! When I pulled up, parking was easy to find. I walked in the door and Johnny greeted me promptly. I new the specifics of what I was looking for and the dealership had plenty to look at. Johnny was very friendly, flexible, and fun. I did not feel pressured to look outside of my goals and he was very helpful in making sure I tried everything that might work. I ended up test driving three different cars. I test drove the Santa Fe Sport twice and left with it that night. It is by far the best purchase! Online I thought I would like the Tucson, but seeing the Santa Fe and comparing it to the Tucson in person completely changed my mind. The Santa Fe has much more room and the sport is, of course, a nice touch. Later when negotiating financing, David was very helpful in discussing loans and pricing. I had an offer from my credit union, but the terms of the offer were confusing and David helped me understand the details. I went from beer to champagne. The price, luxury, and service is definitely worth celebrating. Thank you, Harbor Hyundai! More
