SO much better than Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim I purchased my Hyundai Genesis from Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim. After inspecting the car before I took it for a test drive it was in perfect condition I purchased my Hyundai Genesis from Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim. After inspecting the car before I took it for a test drive it was in perfect condition (at Hardin), however sometime between the test drive and the sales rep taking it for a wash (before driving off the lot) the car was dented along the side. Of course whomever dented it at the dealership failed to let me know about this, so that was a big strike one for Hardin. In the two subsequent visits I made to Hardin, both times I waited over 2 hours for a routine oil change and inspection (3 hours on the third visit). I decided to try Harbor Hyundai, and I am beyond satisfied with the experience. Not only were the workers friendly and professional, but the waiting area was clean and I was in and out quickly. Based on this first visit, I highly recommend Harbor Hyundai, and I will definitely be going back for service the next time it is required. More

They all seemed to compliment me on the car I purchased, which I thought was pretty cool. They didn't have to do that, but they actually went out of their way to do so. To me, that is almost unheard of in the "car business". They are super fast with the paperwork, and make sure that you understand everything you are signing. Hungry or thirsty? Pleasant Experience!! I have waited a long time to purchase a vehicle that caught my eye. I paid Harbor Hyundai LB a visit last May to look at the Genesis Coupe and that's I have waited a long time to purchase a vehicle that caught my eye. I paid Harbor Hyundai LB a visit last May to look at the Genesis Coupe and that's when I met Ken Bundy; he was very patient and helpful with all the questions I had knowing I was not going to make a purchase at the time. He also gave me advice on top of that. I decided if I was going to make a purchase I wanted Ken to help me with that. Long story short my dream of owning a Genesis Coupe Ultimate 2015 became a reality yesterday. Ken helped me with my purchase; he went through everything and answered my questions with such patience, that's important to me. I did not feel rushed even when I was not planning to purchase in May. He took us out of the dealer to see how the car was while driving. He offered to let me drive to experience it myself. After the car ride, we went back inside to talk about the price. Les was very professional and respected my father and I. Unfortunately, the price was too high for us at first. Les tried to negotiate and work with us but it was still not at a comfortable price. He went back and forth with his manager trying to get us the best deal he could. In the end, he was able to deliver a price that we were very satisfied with.
