Fast efficient service I usually go to Cerritos where I wait for about 2-3 hours on a weekday ,but they were booked for the next 2 weeks decided to go harbor Hyundai . Great Experience I was looking to trade in my car and decided to look at Harbor Hyundai of Long Beach. When I walked in I was greeted right away and introduced to Leon I was looking to trade in my car and decided to look at Harbor Hyundai of Long Beach. When I walked in I was greeted right away and introduced to Leonard Fischer who I first talked to. He was busy and introduced me to Ruben Ruiz. Ruben is very friendly, always smiling, easy going and very knowledgeable of his inventory. I couldn't afford what inventory they had in stock but Ruben told me he would keep his eyes open and call me ASAP. It was about three days later I received a call from Ruben and he told me he might have a couple cars I could afford. Ruben had me pre approved before I got there and when I was able to go look at these cars it was Rubens day off. Ruben graciously offered to come in on his day off. Ruben text me pictures of the cars he wanted me to look at with the specifications so I new where I stood and when I got there we went right to those cars, test drive two cars a couple of times each and finally made my decision. The whole time I was there I was offered something to drink and never felt pressured. I am very happy with the entire process and would recommend Harbor Hyundai of Long Beach to everyone especially Ruben Ruiz. More
