We didn’t feel pressured into having to buy anything either which helped out a lot compared to other dealerships. We had gone to a different Hyundai dealer and it seemed like we couldn’t even breath without them trying to show us a different car. Anyways, James showed us what they had to offer for the model, price point, and mileage we were looking for. He explained the different features of the vehicles and walked us step by step on what to expect on my very first new car purchase. I really want to thank James and his team at Harbor Hyundai for helping me through this exciting new purchase. More

He was very friendly, courteous and very professional. He informed me that that it might take up to 4 to 5 hours to fix the problem as well as do a regular service maintenance (which I requested since my car was due for its next scheduled service) which I didn't like to hear but understood especially since I showed up without an appointment. What I really liked the most during this experience is that they kept me informed via text message and photos throughout the entire process. I loved it! Thank you Estaban and Harbor Hyundai. More
Friendly Car Buying Experience and Service Went looking for a pre-owned car for our daughter who is starting college in a few weeks. Ken Bundy met with us and asked what we were looking for. He then took us on the lot and showed us a few cars. Our daughter found a car she liked. Ken made the whole purchasing process very easy and was very helpful in explaining all the cars details and features to our daughter. Ken made the sometimes high pressure, annoying car buying experience very pleasurable. Highly recommend Ken for no hassle, helpful and kind service. More

Every information I gave was checked and verified in a short period of time. The process took only a fair amount of time, and I didn't have to wait long for the whole thing to be completed. In no time I was test driving the car. David, the finance manager, gave me a quick run-down of the paperwork, clearly explained the important aspects of the contract and shortly I was on my way out with the new car. Good Job! More

We decided to visit Harbor Hyundai based on a recommendation from a good friend. We weren't disappointed! Between looking at several different cars, test driving, and writing up a deal, we were in and out of there in no time. There wasn't all that haggling back-and-forth; it was just an overall pleasant experience. Our salesman was Doug Van Dyck and he was awesome! This car was for our daughter, and because of our wonderful experience and how we are very impressed with the car itself, my husband and I plan on going back to purchase our next two vehicles. More
