Bill made the whole transaction very easy. He gave me a great quote, answered all my questions by email and picked me up at the train station because I came up all the way from San Diego. My experience with the people at Harbor Chevrolet was very positive. They took the time to explain the process of ordering my new vehicle and kept me advised as to the progress in it's entirety. Drove 65 miles to go to this dealership and it was SO WORTH IT. Got exactly what I wanted and the price was exactly what I was willing to pay. We drove in from Oxnard to look at a truck and was treated with the utmost DISRESPECT. Dallas was the original salesperson and he pawned us off on Joni who was so heartless and cold. She had no custom treated with the utmost DISRESPECT. Dallas was the original salesperson and he pawned us off on Joni who was so heartless and cold. She had no customer service whatsoever and was very pushy. She knew NOTHING about the vehicle. We felt RUSHED and unworthy of their time. I will NEVER look at a vehicle here again or tell anyone to. I will tell them NOT TO!!! A car buying experience is stressful enough.....and then to add insult to injury we have to deal with this kind of service. If you have a choice...DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this dealership or them. Harbor Chevrolet needs to get it together. More

From the moment I walked in to the dealer to the second i drove off in my New silverado. Brad was a knowledgeable sales man who was there to answer any of my question regarding the vehicle. He helped me set up my bluetooth,onstar, and showed me how to work ALL the buttons in the truck. what i liked about him was the fact that he memorized the names of my wife and son who were both there with me when i purchased the truck. good job... keep up the good work.
