So friendly, so transparent, so fast! I worked with Bill and David over the internet and they were very responsive, patient, and friendly. David was out this weekend so Bill was the one who kept the communication going and was also the one I met at the dealership. He explained everything slowly including the features of the Volt 2014 I was interested and patiently answered my questions. I really felt like he just genuinely wanted to help me regardless of whether or not I bought a car. I found out today that if you don't have a trade-in, things just move so much faster. I highly recommend these guys because they never bugged, bothered, or pushed me into following up or even hound me for a phone number. Seriously, they have awesome prices and there was never any haggling or upselling. I think they knew I wanted a specific car and tried really hard to help. I stood outside the service door, and one customer went into the office and got serviced before me when I was there before this customer. I don't blame the customer or the service guys but more of the management of the inbound customer. Again, theres no system to the madness so I hope this establisent will get better in this area.
