He was not a hawk like most car sales men knew just the right way to treat a customer to make a sale! Car sales agents should learn from him. His honesty, knowledge and response time when and when not to bug me was impeccable. He also got a vehicle that was almost impossible to finance, financed for me. To top it off he had all the paper work done by the time I got there so I was in and out of the dealership! I am so happy with the vehicle I received being a 2004 the car still feels like it's brand new! Don't hesitate to work with this dealership they are very honest people and thats what you need when buying a car honesty and a pleasant experience. Well as you can guess I wasted no time shopping, shopping, shopping. I was up til' the wee hours of the morning surfing all the sites on the internet to find my dream car. As luck would have it, there was an absolute beauty at none other than Harbor Chevrolet. I tell you this car looks and rides like a new car. I love it!. Let me tell you about my wonderful car buying experience. I talked with Wesley Elsea (The Fleet Mgr.) on Sunday morning. He went out of his way to make sure this BMW was ready and waiting for me and my Wife when we showed up that afternoon. We took it for a thrilling test drive around the local area behind the dealership. It's kinda like their private little race track on the weekend, as all the other businesses are closed. Wesley was so easy going. He actually sat in the back and let us take turns putting the convertible though the paces on our private road course!! The car was priced right so haggling was not needed. Juan Davilla in finance was as easy going as Wesley. I mean ZERO pressure. I have to say all and all this was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made, (And I have made plenty) I can highly recommend my new friends at HARBOR CHEVROLET!! Dave & Sylvia More

Purchased a new Corvette I stopped in one morning just to take a close look at the window sticker. Went home, checked the options and e-mailed them an offer. If you're in the market for a Corvette, talk to these people. They are realistic on the pricing and don't play a lot of games. They recognize what people want and are looking for. The best dealership experience I've had since moving to LA. First, I would like to say that I've lived in the Southern California area for about 4 years now. Also, I have been in auto sales myself for about 13 First, I would like to say that I've lived in the Southern California area for about 4 years now. Also, I have been in auto sales myself for about 13 years total, but no longer sell cars. I say this because I understand the business and because my experience (both in auto sales and in buying) since moving to the Southern California area has not been good! In fact, if it wasn't so difficult to title (and tax) a vehicle being brought into California, I would fly back to Illinois just to buy my cars rather than deal with the dealers out here!! However, I can say that the experience I have had at Harbor Chevrolet is the best I've had thus far. This is the 4th car I've purchased after moving here, so I do have that buying experience as well as the selling experience. What I liked about Harbor most, was the feeling that it was more of a "home-town" like dealership. The deal was done faster than I expected and they did what they promised. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 star rating is because the car was not as clean as I would have liked. However, I am rather picky about my cars. And why is it that no dealers out here know what a wax job is for a car?? Overall, I am a very happy customer of Harbor Chevrolet so far. More
