I was greeted by Damaris who was professional and listened to my needs without being pushy all while treating me like an old friend. If that wasn't a great display of customer service I was then greeted by Sergio who saw me from his office and walked out to introduce himself and thank me for stopping by. Suddenly my faith was restored in Chevy and I knew this was a place I wanted to do business with. I had been looking for a Chevy Tahoe and was referred to Wes by a I highly recommend Harbor Chevrolet and specifically my sales associate, Wes Elsea. I had been looking for a Chevy Tahoe and was referred to Wes by a dear friend who had recently purchased a Suburban from him. Wes was transparent with me during the sales process and helped guide me to maximize the rebates available to me. I have purchased many vehicles over the past many years. This was the first time however that the sales process was much shorter than the time Wes took after the fact to go over in great detail every feature on the vehicle. As a part of my transaction, I traded in my Lexus. However, when Harbor Chevy looked at the Carfax report for my Lexus, they realized Lexus had made a (data entry) error during a previous service so that it appeared as though my odometer had been turned backward. Harbor wouldn't take the Lexus until the error was corrected and reported accurately to Carfax. I agreed to purchase the Tahoe and trust that Harbor would purchase my Lexus a week later (after the Carfax report was updated). This made me nervous but I decided to trust Wes and his team at Harbor. Not only did they purchase my Lexus the following week, Wes came to my office to handle the paperwork so that I wouldn't have to make another trip to the dealership!
