Everyone makes mistakes sometimes and if mistake is found, they will fix it quickly with no hassle. Teresa Palacios sold me my second Volt and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I always dread showing up to work out all the details and sign all the paperwork for a car purchase, but Teresa had me in my new car in one hour. One hour! I wouldn't assume that can happen for every customer, but I was seriously impressed. Her attitude was always positive and professional even when I was probably annoying her with my regular calls asking if the car had arrived at the dealership. She gave me regular updates which showed me she cares about her customers. She even surprised me by texting me a picture of my car when it arrived. Great Salesman I went to Harbor Chevrolet just to look at the new 2016 Volt. The salesman Wesley took his time to go over the car and the differences between the 1s I went to Harbor Chevrolet just to look at the new 2016 Volt. The salesman Wesley took his time to go over the car and the differences between the 1st generation that I've test drove with Win Chevrolet but end up purchased a Toyota Prius. Wesley is very knowledgeable on the Volt. He is also very friendly and not pushy like most salesmen. I enjoyed shopping with Wesley.
