While I travel a bit further than another dealership that is closer to me, I have continued servicing my Hybrid at Harbor Chevrolet because of one man, Miquel Reynoso, in service! He is the best in the business and far exceeds anyone's expectations in not only his knowledge for the vehicle but the fast service each and every time I am there. So when it came time to get a new 2016 Tahoe I asked Miquel to refer me to one of the fleet managers and he turned me on to Wesley Elsea. What a great experience I just had yesterday. Wesley had to go outside their own inventory to find me the exact car that I wanted. He found the car in hours, had it there the next day and delivered it to me before Christmas. When most car sale purchases can be so exhausting with pushy salesmen, Wesley was a breath of fresh air and made the process so easy and painless. I love Harbor Chevrolet for it’s no nonsense approach and getting the job done. Rough start but very satisfying ending Purchased a 2016 Colorado. My understanding when I put my deposit down was that the price we came up with (invoice) was set. However, I was later told that the invoice is determined later by the manufacturer. The price was a few hundred higher than I was quoted, and I never got a satisfactory explanation of how the invoice price is determined. The truck was then over 6 weeks late, reportedly due to lack of rail cars at the Chevy plant. When it arrived, I paid the original price, which I was happy about, but which further confuses me about how the prices are determined. Despite these hiccups, Harbor was very helpful. They provided me a loaner vehicle for 10 days due to the truck arriving late. They honored the original quoted price. And they are very good with regards to follow-up and assuring costumer satisfaction. There was also NO pressure in the buying process. Overall a much better buying experience than previous ones. More

I looked, I saw, I bought I had to go out of my area (Ventura co) to find the truck I wanted. I never got a call back from one and was told from the other that he does really research out of area and tried to sell me a truck I didn't want. So I checked the interweb and I found Harbor Chevrolet had the one wanted. I called down asked if they still had it and now it's in my drive.
