All of service people in the "garage" area and the porters cleaning up spoke to me. but once inside crickets. people just walk by you and ignore you. In order to garner excellent just create a culture of friendliness so your employees are happy as well as the customer. Once again Les was great and overall it was good but I cant say great. More
