Great people, great dealership I had a great experience purchasing my new Silverado at Harbor Chevrolet! My salesperson, Betty, was extremely friendly, helpful and honest. I came in pretty nervous because this was my first time buying a brand new car but Betty made the car buying experience fun and easy. They were completely slammed on Valentines Day with the start of the Presidents Day weekend sale and it being Chevy Truck Month but they still took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was well taken care of. Once Betty was done showing me the truck and going over the numbers, Luis took over to finish up the paperwork and soon enough I was off the lot with my beautiful truck. Certain people were very helpful, others were rude. My salesperson, Daniel, was very helpful and prompt and made sure I had everything I needed and was always in contact with me giving updates. When I brought my truck home the check engine light came on. I called the next day and talked to the person at the front desk (Taylor) who was very rude and not willing to help me solve the problem. She referred me to the Service Advisor, Jose, who was also in no hurry to try to fix my BRAND NEW $65,000 truck that I brought home the night before. Finally, the service director, Miguel, came and was EXTREMELY helpful and made sure I had everything I needed and kept me updated throughout the whole process. It ended up being something small but with some small hiccups, it was fixed by some very helpful people. More

Malibu :Hybrid After visiting a Cerritos dealership looking for the hybrid Malibu and having a disastrous experience where they "couldn't find the car on sale" and b After visiting a Cerritos dealership looking for the hybrid Malibu and having a disastrous experience where they "couldn't find the car on sale" and basically were trying to bait and switch us to something we did not want, it was with hesitation that the next day we visited Harbor Chevrolet. We asked for the internet manager and they brought us to her. We asked to look at the car on sale and she retrieved it without any drama. Damaris Esquivel answered every question we had (some several times) and even took our phones to set up on-star and Chevrolet apps on them. The treatment by her and the finance manager was top rate after our earlier horrible experience. I kept waiting for the "surprise" and the only one we got was being treated like adults, professionally and with great kindness and patience. I will absolutely look to them for my next car. Without a doubt, they had exactly what we were looking for! Upon arrival we were greeted by Daniel Esquivel and instantly appreciated the hospitality. Went on a test drive and we were sold! The financing process was great and within the hour we were driving off the lot with our Cruze! The best thing was getting a complimentary full tank of diesel at the end of the process!
