Unlike several other dealers we had visited, he was calm and answered all our questions instead of pitching us hard. The car is relatively new, and he was able to answer many detailed questions (unlike other Chevy salepeople from other dealerships we had talked to). He admitted there wasn't much training on that particular car yet, but he had gone the extra step to look at YouTube videos to learn about the car himself. I appreciated his honesty, his hard work ethic, and sense of responsibility. We ended up buying the car that day, and he stayed late to help us with paperwork, making sure the car was detailed, charged, and ready to go. More
