Had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30AM, didn't get my truck back until 3:00PM. I kept seeing vehicles that arrived after me going before my truck. Kelly was my first contact at Harbor Chevrolet. She was knowledgable about the product in which I was interested; I did not experience this at other dealerships.
