I am always able to get an appointment that works well for me, (I work full time), I am always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service by every person in the service department, or on the floor. They have a shuttle service if the service is going to take a while, and I need to return to work. Lastly, when compared to other places like "Quicky lube" the cost of having Hansel Toyota provide top-notch service worth every penny.I leave knowing I do not have to worry ...
