However, as a person whom works in the field of knowing what cars are valued and sold at, this Dealership had MY NEW vehicle priced very comparable to what the market would sell this vehicle for, I didn't even have to haggle the price, nor did they take advantage of my trade in and give me a fair price for that. The salesman (Steve Smith) was professional, personable, and displayed the customer service that seems to get lost in translation when making a car purchased. The Finance manager and the rest of the staff (Ken & Craig) also made this a great experience. EVEN the owner himself Mr. Hanna, even walked through as if he was just a regular guy, AND Mr. Hanna even paid for my Lunch as we had that lull period of working on the Deal. if you want a great car buying experience without the nightmares you read and hear about, I implore you to go to Hanna Imports FIRST.. it could save you the headache of purchasing a vehicle from anyone else!
