The process was very odd ... they took my keys to my trade in before I even saw the newer car. There was a lot of back and forth to learn my trade in, rate, etc. George was super nice to us, but it all trade in before I even saw the newer car. I didn’t even get a second key for a luxury vehicle, tank of gas, free oil changes or anything like other dealerships when I make purchases in the past... Brandon was great in finance dept. Love my car though. More

Everyone was wonderful. My sales representative was Philipe. The car I bought didn’t originally have a spare tire, only the compressor. I recently attempted to shop at Hanna motors and dealt with Diamond (sp?) she couldn’t be bothered to look through the inventory you had and suggested I do all the searches myself. Needless to say, you with Diamond (sp?) she couldn’t be bothered to look through the inventory you had and suggested I do all the searches myself. Needless to say, you lost the sale and Mercedes Of Cary got it instead. Loving my new AMG. You should really invest in sales training and customer service if you are going to sell luxury brands. More
