Had an excellent experience buying a used EV I found everyone at this dealership to be very helpful. The receptionist even remembered my name the second time I showed up. The car was an odd Mercedes B-class electric but they had it charged up and clearly reminded that their regular powertrain warranty would not apply. Exceptional Customer Service Last week, I experienced possibly the best customer service of all time. After visiting multiple auto websites with no results. I came across Hanna Im Last week, I experienced possibly the best customer service of all time. After visiting multiple auto websites with no results. I came across Hanna Import. I was impressed upfront because out of most of the sites visited, Hanna Import had a 12 months/12,000 miles warranty. Also, I saw a SUV that I really liked. I went to the store and met with Steve Smith (an angel in disguised). He was patient, attentive and taught me what to look for when buying a used vehicle. Unfortunately, the SUV I saw online was sold. Steve apologize and spoke with his sales teammate, Luke Norman (another angel in disguised) who deeply apologized again and told me not to worry that he had the right SUV for me and will make sure its within my budget. He did exceedingly above what I expected. I am forever grateful for the both of them. What two remarkable people and company.
