Awesome experience despite one person Hanna Imports, what can we say.... From the very first phone call to Friday night when we drove off the lot was nothing but a great experience. We were dealing with Wendy L. over the phone and she kept following up with us until we were able to make it in. Once there, she was gone, but Bobby A. assisted us and after the SUV we went for really wasn't what we were looking for, he helped to find us what we wanted. We went in with our own bank financing, so didn't have to go thru all that, but Bobby was awesome. The only complaint that we had was with the floor manager (not sure his name, but he may have been ex military because he referred to the military) but he is very sarcastic and failed to tell us of the Kahu and that it was optional and when I sat down and had the exact numbers wrote down and what it should be he walked off and then sent Bobby back and said yes you are correct the Kahu is optional.... He didn't think that I would have the numbers all correct and how things worked, but.... I was off less than $10. I overlooked how the floor manager was simply because everything else went so smoothly and everyone else was very nice and very customer service orientated. We will most definitely buy our next car at Hanna Imports. More
