The. Wait. My visit started very well. I came in with a list of cars I wanted to test drive and Teddy was very accommodating. Went to grab a quick bite and think My visit started very well. I came in with a list of cars I wanted to test drive and Teddy was very accommodating. Went to grab a quick bite and think about my decision. Returned around 5pm knowing I wanted to purchase the car. Then the waiting game began. Our sales person was helping another family purchase a car, not a problem at all. But instead of trying to split time it would have saved me and the other family a lot of time to have someone else get the paperwork started while he finished with the other group. Instead, he popped in, get a signature, then would leave for an extended amount of time. Once we finally had our folder created we waited for HOURS for a financial advisor to be free. We waited so long our leftovers went bad. Spent most of our time sitting at en empty desk watching the sun go down. We did not get out of there until after 8pm. Took over three hours to sign documents. I would like to say I would purchase another car here, as they have a wide selection, but it may not be worth the time. I would not go here unless you have the patience and time to wait. More
