Ramon and the woman were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only negative is there was no one to greet us at entry so we just started saying 'hello' until someone heard us. I drove from tracy, over an hour away and was told my appointment was not canceled due to the tech calling in sick. I explained how inconvenient that was and that someone should have called to let me kno appointment was not canceled due to the tech calling in sick. I explained how inconvenient that was and that someone should have called to let me know before driving out there. The tech they called in to do one car offered to stay and do mine which I was very grateful for. The service was awesome and the communication after that was very good. I appreciate them making it work so I didn't waste a trip out. More
