Bad experience. They sold us a brand new car that needed service before rolling out of the dealership, we agreed to pick up the car several days after being paid for They sold us a brand new car that needed service before rolling out of the dealership, we agreed to pick up the car several days after being paid for to allow time for service. When the car was finally available, and after driving 4hs round trip to pick it up, turns out the car had another issue, which we pointed out at the time, but were dismissed by Carlos, who sent us home with a faulty car, assuring us it was nothing. Then they basically disappeared for several days without addressing our concerns. We finally gave up and took the new car to a different dealer to get the problem fixed. I’d recommend you to stay away from Hanless Napa. Just feel sorry for Victor that seems honest and hard working. More

Pressed best price button on the website just to get the converstation started. They didn't respond with a price. I asked them for the best price. She responded. I agreed to come look at the jeep. As soon a converstation started. They didn't respond with a price. I asked them for the best price. She responded. I agreed to come look at the jeep. As soon as I go there she told me the one I wanted was actually 4k more. I told her the email thread literally says the trim and the vin of what I asked her to quote. The sales manager said tough luck. I left. More
