I have been taking my truck there for years and never had an issue with any one there. This last time I was there for a battery replacement under warranty I really had a bad experience with the person t had an issue with any one there. He gave me an attitude in front of other clients and that made me feel uncomfortable. He wanted me to pay for you guys to check my battery which was still under warranty and when I told him that I don’t think I should pay to get it checked because it was still under warranty that’s when he started treating me very disrespectful. I arrived for my appointment and nobody greeted me upon arrival. I had to find a serviceman for assistance. I was quoted a 3-3.5 hr wait for an oil change. I called back about 4.5 hrs later because I didn’ arrival. I had to find a serviceman for assistance. I was quoted a 3-3.5 hr wait for an oil change. I called back about 4.5 hrs later because I didn’t hear anything and was told they were short staffed and they hadn’t gotten to my car yet. I was then told an additional 45 min. When I arrived I found the same person who helped me the first time and he said he didn’t know the status of my car and had to refer me to somebody else. The entire oil change service took 5.15 hours from drop off to pickup. More
