We purchased a 2024 RAV4 XLE Hybrid model in March after consulting with sales manager Chis Chau. His advice was excellent on options we discussed with him. Years ago, we purchased a new 2017 from Hanlees Davis, and so we have had a lot of experience with your firm. Service took an hour longer than expected. I have had the car routinely serviced at another Toyota dealership and it usually takes 1.5-2 hours. I was quoted 2-2.5 hours and it took 3 hours. I I have had the car routinely serviced at another Toyota dealership and it usually takes 1.5-2 hours. I was quoted 2-2.5 hours and it took 3 hours. I was waiting at the dealership the whole time. They did give me $50 off to try to make it right, but my time is worth more than that. More
