It is after the purchase that I am completely upset about and all the General Manager could say to me was that he was sorry. The Finance guy Ken gave me certain information about the warranty on my old car and said he would file all appropriate paperwork and that I should receive a response within 30-45 days. After that amount of time I started calling trying to speak to Ken but he would not answer my phone calls (from dealership and his cell) and left messages and I even contacted my sales person and she would tell him to call me and he did not. I was like they got there sale so I don't care about you afterward. I was finally able to talk to the General Manager Tony Carranza and all he could tell me was I'm sorry so that shows me that the employees from Freeway Toyota can tell a customer what they want to hear and then say screw you when the sale is done and not bother to return phone calls or text messages. The way I see it is Ken could have easily called back and said I messed up and this is what needs to be done instead he chose to ignore phone calls and messages and the General Manager LET him do it with no kind of consequence for his actions while I am left screwed out of what was promised. If you plan on shopping there you will have a great experience but make sure that whatever they tell you is the correct information and that they are on top of it and that you get someone other than Ken who does not care for his customers. More

I have had a problem with the trip computer/audio system since I bought the car. I came in and described it to Lannie and he continued to work with me until the problem was found and trouble corrected. He since I bought the car. I came in and described it to Lannie and he continued to work with me until the problem was found and trouble corrected. He listened and continued to believe there was a problem though it did not occur the first few times I had it in at service. He even followed up with us to ensure the solution was complete. While in service he found an additional recall notice and had it fixed to save us a trip back. Thanks Lannie, you will be the reason we return when we need another car! The service took a little longer than I expected but the overall service was excellent, I was about an hour later than I had planned to arrive they still got me right in and took care of me. This was my first time visiting this Toyota Dealership. I came in at 8 am in the morning on a Monday for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation. It took the service dept. over 2 hours to do my service. I'm very no came in at 8 am in the morning on a Monday for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation. It took the service dept. over 2 hours to do my service. I'm very not satisfy with their service. I got home and check my tires and the mechanic technician didn't even rotate my tires. I knew this because i had a tire marked to see if they did their job. So dissapointed in their service. Even the Visalia Toyota could get my service done a litte after a hour. The first hour past, i walk around the building to see if my car was service yet, Nope.... It was still sitting out side in the parking lot. I don't understand this at all. In the lobby, this dealership had twelve people waiting in the lobby area for their car to get done for servicing. This is so unacceptable for satisfy service. I talked to the service manager Edgar Sanchez, he just told me there were mis-communication. This is such a lie. They should know the priority of the jobs and get the easy job done fast and have the other specialist mechanic work on the hard jobs. I think the service department is using the hourly systems to make commission because this is how their business and employees make money. It's a SCAM.... This gives Toyota a bad name. I will have a talk with the higher up Management about this situation. Plus, too I still have to pay for my service. This is my experience that Monday of June 2012. Also, as I was looking at accesories, the Parts Manager Moises came out to talk to one of the service advisor Danielle, he was getting upset with her about a customer wanted to order a part and a delay about the parts... This was in front of me a customer. I didn't want to hear this as a customer, but it happen in front of me. Totally bad attitude in front of a customer. The parts manager should have ask the service advisor to go to the back office and discuss this situation. Later, I finally got my keys back for my car, the service provide didn't explain anything about my car to me of what was service. He just gave me my paper work and said sorry for the long wait. I give this dealership a 1 star... I thought going on a slow morning on a Monday to Hanford Toyota would be a easy smooth day to get my car service. I also talked to a customer too, he's been there for three hours waiting for his car to be service. He's a elder man. Maybe he doesn't mind the three hour wait, but I do... I called Sean Ryan at Hanford Toyota and within a few hours he had located one. We were told they could have the car within two days and made arrangements to pick up the car. Everyone involved our buying experience, Trasee,Chuck,and Sean treated us as though we were family. We highly reccommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used car. More
