Very disappointing service. Scheduled my appointments and the dealership didn’t even look at my truck for almost two weeks. They ordered parts finally but when they arrived they Scheduled my appointments and the dealership didn’t even look at my truck for almost two weeks. They ordered parts finally but when they arrived they still didn’t begin to complete the repairs. I had to call and complain to the service manager and explain my complete dissatisfaction. After that my vehicle was repairs were started and completed in 1 day. Why did it take so long when the actual repairs were complete me in a day? To top it off after I got my vehicle back I discovered that they forgot to bolt down my driver seat! The two reap bolts were not even snug, they had an inch of thread exposed and were not even finger tight! Three weeks for a one day job after having scheduled a drop of time. And no it was not because of a national shortage on a part, it was a radiator and cooling hose and a new seatbelt latch. This job cost me more than time, it cost me money and jobs. I explained multiple times that I needed my vehicle for work and it was my only means for my job. Not much sympathy for my situation. Should let them know if they even read this, that I was also going to have them do work beyond the warranty. I wanted my brakes and spark plugs done. They quoted me $1700 for brakes! The parts are $500 for the premium drilled rotors and pads. $1200 profit for 2 hour job! This is a rip off. They quoted me $900 for replacing my spark plugs! Factory replacement parts are $200 for 16 plugs. They tried to tell me they cost $500. Dealerships like this make me sick. They want ultra premium prices for simple jobs which makes the average person cringe and feel like they’re being taken advantage off. On top of that they want premium pricing and give bottom of the barre service unless you finally reach your breaking point and throw a fit after they have dragged you around for weeks and wasted your time and money. I will not, will not return to this dealership. I will not recommend this dealership. It was a terrible costly experience that left me angry and feeling like they were trying to screw me on prices and service. No thanks. More
