The service department tried to upsell me on services that are easily done at home for hundreds of dollars, then lied to me on what powertrain my vehicle had as a reason for not rotating tires. The dealership and the employees did a great job, the only problem that we had was that the employee said it would take an hour and it took more than two hours. My Jeep was with them for months before ever being seen. They said they'd call me with information but weeks went by without any contact. It was there for the second time for a clutch issue in less than 25,000 miles. There is an active clutch recall on my vehicle but I was told it didn't fall under the recall or warranty. I've paid $7,200 to replace the clutch twice and am now on my third one. I drive my children to school and drive around town. I don't tow, I don't go off-roading, and I'm still on my third clutch in 25,000 miles. When I picked up my vehicle there were spider webs all over the interior because it had sat idle for so long. Now I'm forced to call the manufacturer because I know this happening again is inevitable because no one can tell me what the problem is. I requested a Comprehensive Repair report on 4/17 by email and then again on 4/18 in writing when I picked up my Jeep. Not surprisingly no one has gotten back to me. I've also contacted an attorney in the event the manufacturer can't help me. I requested I'm a 45 year old doctor who has made it though life without ever having to sue anyone, but now I feel like I have no other option. More

Worst experience ever, they charge me over $14000 dollars to fix my truck and I drove from Hanford dealership to Bakersfield and truck broke down with same light problem and they would not fix it. They claim it was another problem and wanted to charge me over $2000. It is obvious that they did a terrible job on checking all the issues it had since the beginning. I'm really disappointed with this dealership. More
