The service was sub par. I waited 30 minutes to an hour after my cars service was down before receiving my car. I went in 15 minutes after I noticed my car was in the finished parking lot and after speaking with a service rep he said I needed to wait an additional 10 minutes before I can get the car so he can fill out paperwork. I came back around 30 minutes later to the rep telling an upset young woman that they couldn’t patch a hole left in the middle of the tread by a nail and she would have to buy new tires. Anyway the supervisor/manager finally took notice of me and asked the service rep if my car was ready at which point the service rep said he still needed to file paperwork. The manager said since it’s just a handy care oil change just give me the keys and get me out of there. They then had to go searching for my keys. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a service center. Also worth mentioning the first oil change I’ve had with them they messed it up by overfilling the oil and not putting on the filter correctly, so oil leaked all over the engine bay. More
Best to be honest, They don't have enough mechanics on a Saturday. I have 8 tires and wheels to make a quicker seasonable swap from Winter to summer wheels. it took a bit of a wait to even get the vehic a Saturday. So about 2.5 hours passed for what should have been a real short 1/2 Hr. or so swap. But was glad it got it done. Perhaps I maybe should do the swap at home... But in general, they do well. Maybe add another tech or 2 to help that long wait. I've had mostly long wait times. More

Went in for an oil change that was scheduled and I was waiting. I wasn’t told til I handed over my keys it would take up to 2 hours. I live almost 1.5 hours away and it ended up taking 2.5 hours. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience. We brought in our utility truck due to a code it was throwing, and the service department advised that our truck was not operable, and that the tran We brought in our utility truck due to a code it was throwing, and the service department advised that our truck was not operable, and that the transmission HAD to be replaced for almost $7,000.00. When we called and advised we were coming to pick the truck up as we wanted to get another opinion because it had been driving fine, we were told that we wouldn't make it back to Enosburg with our truck. We made it back to Enosburg fine and after bringing it to 2 other auto shops to inspect, they all determined that the transmission did NOT need to be replaced and that due to how the truck is driven it was normal to see some metal in the oil pan. They also determined that the Handy's service technician working on our truck did not properly reinstall our oil pan and it was missing several bolts. We opted not to return to Handy's and had another mechanic rectify the issues. A couple weeks later and we are still driving the truck with absolutely no issues. More
