Unexpectedly Pleasant Service Visit I went in to Handy's needing service on 2006 Sienna. While wandering around the lot to kill time I came across this Tacoma pickup. Wade asked me if I would like to take it for a test drive, no pressure. Even though I wasn't really looking for a new vehicle - it was a pickup... it's a guy thing I guess. After the test drive it was hard to hide the fact I was in love with the truck. After a little negotiating and what I thought was a more than fair trade-in offer for my Sienna I was the proud owner of a Toyota Tacoma. I would call my experience with Wade and Handy's very pleasant. More

Very poor customer service Very disappointed by the dishonest and thoughtless behavior by the Handy Toyota service dept. They made promises and then “forgot” they did. They had no respect for me or my time, acted cocky, and did the bare minimum on my car. The rental I had to get (they don’t offer a loaner for a few hours like most dealers) while my car was serviced was filthy, out of gas and covered in ice. They said they’d scrape the ice off and never returned. Overall, a nasty experience. Maybe it was because I was a woman, maybe not. But I felt disrespected and taken advantage of. More

poor service department We purchased our ch-r last summer and were given a tour of the service dept so that they could promote their very prompt service when we needed an oil We purchased our ch-r last summer and were given a tour of the service dept so that they could promote their very prompt service when we needed an oil change. "WE HAVE A DRIVE THRU AND IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE 20 MIN." is what we were told. We scheduled our first oil change the day we bought the car for 6 months later. Today was the day..... What a disaster. After 2 1/2 hours and seeing the car outside for 20 minutes we went to the counter and waited 10 more minutes before anyone even asked us if we needed help. After another 15 minutes we had our car. The help was distracted and unconcerned for any of the customers. We received the explanation that they had to do a 24 point inspection and had 4 recalls- our car has 3200 miles!!!! I guess it was too much to ask to have someone come to the waiting room and explain what the delay was. This was my last experience with this service dept. and definitely the last car I buy there. More

What a great team Handy Toyota has, period! Went in for an oil change, 3 hours later we drove home in a new Highlander! Our story: Had an appointment for an oil change. Only 2 lease payments Went in for an oil change, 3 hours later we drove home in a new Highlander! Our story: Had an appointment for an oil change. Only 2 lease payments left on our Venza which the Mrs. really loved, so wondering which 'replacement' vehicle might fit our needs, we decided to go kick the tires in the show room and within minutes we were working with Zak to scope things out. He drew up a 'good number' for us and quickly, quietly, and efficiently guided us and 'our cars' through the 'exchange' process. Smooth! Jaime made the finance process a breeze, and when we were done, Zak had already transferred the plates and our belongings to the new vehicle. It was a Saturday, and the dealership was quite busy, and we were back on the road in just 3 short hours. Just great customer service all around!! This is our 4th Toyota with Handy, we've been with them for 9 years now and each has been a exceptionally pleasant car-buying experience. Great service team as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
