Brought my Prius in today for it's first 1200 mile oil and filter, and mentioned a vibration that was annoying me in the right front end. When I went in to the dealer ship Ali asked right off if he could help me and he got the ball rolling right off without being pushy. Ali was very informitive and did not make me feel like I was walking into this unprepared. when he went over all the info during the final sale he was very friendly and made sure nothing was missed I would suggest anyone that is going to go to Handy's to ask for Ali as a salesman.
