Handy Toyota was on a list of several dealerships in my search for a new car. The dealership had been recommended to me by a friend who had had a good experience there. From the time I walked in to Handy's showroom with a rough idea of what I wanted, until I walked out with keys to a new car in my hand, I felt like I had simply gone home and was among family the entire time. Ali Kamal listened, answered my questions, presented all available options with complete knowledge and treated me well even though the process took several days. He assured me that if what I decided on for a car was not on their lot, he would find it for me, and in the end, did just that. He spent time to explain the new features I would find on my Prius. He told me more than once to call him or the dealership with any concerns as I bonded with this car. This is a refreshing approach to experience as a single woman since some service representatives do not have the skills necessary to make that kind of comrarderie happen. I would recommend Handy Toyota to anyone who is in the market for a car. More

I was shopping around for a new car, when I called Handy Toyota they were great at getting back to me in a timely manner and also extremely polite. I was very specific about the features such as: moon roof, 6 disk CD changer, color and the run flat tires) that I wanted on the car, Not only did Handy Toyota make sure that I got everything I wanted but they also found my car in a timely manner that I didn't have to wait long for my car. I was so impressed with how I was treated being that I am only 23 years old most dealerships didn't want to give me the time of day. Handy Toyota treated me with the up most respect and answered all my questions. By the end of the purchase I felt like I had become part of the Handy Toyota family. If you are looking for a car I couldn't recommend a better dealership. If you want to be treated with respect and have all your questions answered and all your phone calls returned Handy Toyota is the place to go (not to mention good luck finding better prices anywhere else. I asked my salesman Tom Young for the deals that were being offered (if any) on RAV4 leases.
