My experiance was excellent. We told thenm what we were looking for for pricerange, vehicle and timeframe. They hit it exactly as we wanted without any hi pressure sales tactics. We got the car we wanted to lease for the price range we wanted. We recieved the vehicle soon as it came in. It was not one sitting on the lot for any length of time. So we didn't get pressured into something they already had it was what we were wnating. We bought a 2010 Rav 4. with 0 miles. I absolutly am 100% happy with the dealership, its staff and the salesman. Not to mention the vehicle itself! I would definately recomend this dealership to all. It is worth the travel as I reside 1hrs away from st. Albans. In fact I am planning to purchase a Toyota pickup at some point after I return from my oversees duties will the military. I was actually unaware that Handy even existed, as it is about 45min. from me and there is a local Toyota dealer in my town (Heritage), but thanks to a referral to Handy, and more specifically Ali Kamal, my experience was delightful (cheesy sounding I know, but it's the truth). I received a surprisingly fair & reasonable trade-in value for my '02 Xterra and after an amazing test drive (2010 Toyota Highland - wow!) that further pleasantly surprised me, coupled w/ the professionalism, knowledge, care & consideration from Ali, I was sold!! There were no salesy/gimmicky or hokey sales tactics or "this is the car for you", etc (which I've experienced elsewhere), it was just a natural sale & natural feeling, and I will gladly be referring business to Ali & Handy. It's well worth the extra drive given the welcoming environment and the personable and knowledgeable staff. Furthermore, Handy is extremely competitive and fair in pricing. I was given a tour and introduced to some of the service dept. members, and that made me feel comfortable and welcome to bring my car there for service, w/o hesitation, based on the yrs of experience they shared w/ me. Ali followed through on every promise, and has since followed up to inquire about how things have been since my purchase. It was easy to see why I was referred to him. All of the information Adam gathered for me was clearly and accurately kept on file and ready for whichever sales person at Handy's was ready to help me when I actually went there to test drive a vehicle. There was never any sort of pressure and yet I felt as if they were working hard to earn my business. To my delight I met up with Tom Young who became my sales contact. Tom was also quite organized, capable, calm and ironically a familiar face I had not seen in a while! Tom became my contact at Handy's and helped me through a very smooth and enjoyable car experience! As far as I'm concerned, Handy's Toyota is a "high quality" team. This is the second car I have bought from Doug Jacques at Handy Toyota, he's always been great to deal with. But let me say, when Doug quotes you a price there's no swaying him! Again, the price was fair. I also had a wonderful experience with Toyota credit and with Krista in Handy's business office, all went very smoothly and easy. I highly recommend this dealership. More
