I have been Toyota owner for 20 years and I am very well informed and experienced with Toyota vehicles both in Asia and now in North America. I am an educated consumer who knew my Toyotas. As a family we have purchased two vehicles at this dealership. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and courteous. We were able to get out of a lease that we no longer wanted to be in. We are both extremely happy with our vehicles and have already referred another friend, which resulted in a sale of a Toyota Tundra. Now we are just waiting on our $50 referral fee! I am pleased with my experience at Handy Toyota. I drove from Michigan to Vermont to buy my Prius. I saw some information about the dealership on facebook, and also saw a youtube video about the dealership from Michigan to Vermont to buy my Prius. I have leased two vehicles (a 2006 Tundra, and a 2007 Prius) from Mike Boomhower at Handy's. Both times he was exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. I was very pleased when he even gave us a fair deal on trade in of an older Jeep. Mike did the same for a coworker of mine recently. He was very pleased with how easy the purchasing process was with Mike. Mike has been a terrific salesman, always remembering us when we are in for service, and calling to see how things are going on just the right schedule. Never pushy, but just like an old friend. I have since brought both vehicles back for normal maintenance and had terrific service experience every time! I live 30 miles away, with another Toyota dealer within 5 miles, and I still bring my cars to Handy's because of their service. Highly recommended. More
