They have always taken care of our Highlander, which we bought there, and always have brought to our attention things that m every aspect of service. They let us know about how long and stay pretty close, if not before the estimated time it will be ready. Our 1997 Toyota corolla needed a new fan last week. Who would drive 5 1/2 hours to buy a Truck? REALLY>?? ME! I had a very long wait in the waiting room. I somewhat expected this and brought alot of reading to do. However, I think it would have been helpful if someone could have just come out after about 2 hrs expected this and brought alot of reading to do. I just bought my first new car and, as can be expected, was really nervous. Sixty months of payment? That's a whole five years. I'm twenty-four. Five years is a forever. So I went to Handy's worried about what I was getting myself into. So I spoke with one salesman, then another, and after an hour or so, I was sold on a car. Not the car I'd thought I'd get when I went in. A nicer car. For less money. And with easier payments. A week later, I've driven the car enough that I've gotten used to it. Pushed it in all the ways I could think of. It's stood up to them. I'm still pinching myself every time I leave home in the morning and see _my_ brand new car sitting there. I'm still worried about the loan, but I know I can make it work and, really, I got more than I bargained for. I'll probably be going back someday for my next car. Not too soon, but definitely some day. And I've definitely got one place in mind when someone asks for a good, reliable place to get a car. More
