I was Prius shopping via email sending inquiries to most the dealerships in Vermont. Handy quickly responded to my message and in a friendly way. They gave me all the information I asked for concerning th the dealerships in Vermont. Handy quickly responded to my message and in a friendly way. They gave me all the information I asked for concerning the 2010 Prius II including an "out the door" final price. The other dealerships weren't willing to share such information via the internet. They wanted me to appear in person at their dealerships. Visiting all the Toyota dealers in a rural state is no easy task, plus it's time consuming. Handy's email team were responsive to all my questions and concerns pretaining to buying a new car. I appreciate and applaud Handy's efforts in making their business a friendly computer savvy dealership.I highly recommend Handy Toyota dealership because of their wonderful customer service. More
I shopped around quite extensively when looking for my new FJ Cruiser, contacting many dealers in NY, VT, and NH. By far, Handy was the most prompt, responsive and accurate dealer I dealt with. While other dealers responded to my email inquiries with scripted form emails, with Handy I immediately received personal emails and almost instantaneous response time. Handy went to great lengths to find the vehicle I was looking for at the right price and I was able to pretty much do all my dealings (including financing!!) with Handy via email- something the other dealers couldn't come close to matching. And, when it came time to do the paperwork and pick up my new vehicle, the showroom was spotless, all the employees were pleasant, and there were NO SURPRISES, just my great new Toyota waiting for me on the lot. Without question I give Handy 5 enthusiastic stars. For busy people, work with Handy- they won't waste your time and you'll get a great vehicle. More
I had never stepped inside this dealer ship before june 2009. I had gone by it thousands of times to work. When i went in I met Ali who greeted me with a big smile & introduced himself with a handshake. He was friendly, down to earth, answered all my questions & concerns. He backed up all his promises & two days later I had my new truck. I was taken on a tour, met the guys in the service dept. He has followed up with two phone calls in the first week. I have to go back for my 1200 mile oil change next week & I am sure it will be as pleasant as my purchase. I will go up & see Ali when I am there. More

I was very happy with the help I got at Handy's, they were very helpful and very friendly, not just the person I was working with but the whole staff. I purchased a 2009 Tacoma from Mike Boomhower at Handys. It was my first time buying a new vehicle and Mike carefully walked me through the entire precess without any pressure tactics. He's extremely knowledgeable about the product and took the time to detail all of the vehicles many features. Also, Handys beat the next best price I was quoted by a few hundred dollars (not exactly small potatoes, especially in today's economy I can better spend that money elsewhere!!!!). Kyle Palmer set up my first service appointment, and he was also very professional and answered a couple technical questions I had about my new rig. It's great that Handy's is open for maintenance on Saturdays -- that way I won't have to disrupt my work day to get routine maintenance done! Overall, my experience with Mike, Kyle and the whole Handy team was outstanding, and I highly recommend this dealership to any car buyer. I'd be very surprised if you are not very satisfied with how you get treated. More
My Aunt recommended Handy's to me years ago after she bought her Prius. After shopping around, I also chose to work with Handy's (Heritage is a mile down the road from me, Handy's was a 40 minute drive bought her Prius. I had what seemed to be an impossible task for them - I wanted the 2010 Prius as soon as it was released (sharing one car with my husband wasn't working out anymore...). Mike Boomhower worked with my husband to accomplish this. We got the car we wanted within the time frame we needed. Thank you for all your hard work - we love our new car! More

I was pleased to see that I was given the space and time to look over any and all vehicles that I was interested in before being approached. That's the first reason why I was pleased with my visit is that I didn't feel pressured and wasn't pounced upon by sales people. But on the same note Mike was able to sense when I was interested and when I was ready to ask some questions. Mike is an extremely friendly, personable,and humorous sales person and VERY knowledgable. There was not one question that Mike couldn't answer for me and it was ACTUALLY fun working with him. He really worked with me on pricing and deciding on the right vehicle....but without the pressure. I felt like I was really being taken care of in every aspect of my visit but not because he just wanted to "take my money" but because he truelly cared and wanted to make my experience a good one....but he didn't....he made it an unbelievable experience. I've never referred a sales person before when shopping around only because I've worked in sales before with the public and know how important customer service is and I honestly never worked with some one who I felt was worth being referred to....until I worked with Mike. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will always remember my experience at Handy Toyota but more importantly....Mike. He/Your dealership will definitely be the place I refer people too. There was no 'how much a month' or 'what's it going to take to buy today' conversations. The salesman Doug was very thorough, but not pushy. He took his time to be sure I understood everything. After buying I met with the owner and took a tour of the service department and met the service manager. Then they gave me several very nice gifts, an embroidered blanket and travel mug, not a cheap gift. My gas tank was full too. These folks do not skimp. I was later asked what they could do to improve the experience. If there is anything, I can't think of it. More
